Posy Parlour is the creative vision of Amy 🌷 Flower lover, coffee slinger and local mum of three. With a natural eye for colour and a genuine obsession with beautiful blooms, she designs florals that feel fresh, thoughtful and full of life.

Alongside running Pour Decisions Espresso, Amy has built Posy Parlour around community, creativity and doing things with heart. Whether it’s your morning coffee or a bouquet for someone special, everything she creates is made to brighten someone’s day.

Amy’s love for flowers started long before Posy Parlour. After years of travelling and always finding herself wandering through flower fields, she realised florals were more than just something she admired, they felt like home. She would often make bouquets for her nana, simply to brighten her day, and that joy never left her.

When the opportunity for Pour Decisions Espresso came along, everything seemed to fall into place. With both business running from the same beautiful shop that Amy has renovated to perfection, putting her own stamp on an already well loved local coffee shop (formally Brew Buggy).

Posy Parlour offers fresh, seasonal flower delivery across the Redcliffe Peninsula, Sandgate, North Lakes, Mango Hill and Deception Bay. In-store pickup from Woody Point also available. Every bouquet is handcrafted locally using premium blooms, designed to bring beauty to life’s everyday and milestone moments.
